Delivers within 90 mins, which was great and 39 mins earlier than expected but they forgot one of the meals. I had to call to chase up.

Another week, another problem. One supper wrong so phoned up and while waiting on it checking the other order and there was ketchup and salat missing despite it has been highlighted by them on the receipt…sort it out!!! Its not sometimes, EVERY week some is wrong or way beyond requested time.

It was just short of 2 hours that I waited, I phone the shop to which the lady said I was on the next run, and she was full of apology’s, which did make things better, and she was correct, cos after about 5 minutes my food was here, I enjoyed it as I always do.

Ordered online for asap delivery, with everything going smoothly again. Fish suppers delicious x 2 with a single fish for our chippy loving wee cat Bella! She loves chippy night lol! Great service, thank you.

Best takeaway in the area but the delivery service is easily the worst waited 2 hour and 15 mins and when it came the food was cold. Wouldn’t tell nobody not to use them as there great but need to work around there delivery time’s getting better

Our fish suppers arrived and we’re greatly received but we noticed that the fish cakes were missing. I contacted them & they came out straight away with them. Great fish as always & I would recommend to everyone.👍

Chips were all mostly cold when we got them other than that an enjoyable meal

Food as always great. Unfortunately on this occasion my order was wrong. I had to ask delivery driver where my drink was. He then found it in car. Ordered peas which never turned up. Shame but hopefully all will be back to normal next time.

The delivery time was 2 hours 30 minutes, and when I phoned the shop after 2 hours, to ask when my food was coming, she said it might be on the next run😡😡, she didn’t even say sorry, or give any explanation about the food being late, and when it come half of it was cold, I am very disappointed in the golden fry, normally they are quick and the food is always good but not tonight 😡😡

Crispy batter, beautifully flaky fish, and the chips are so lovely each and every time we go there. Would highly recommend this chip shop if you haven’t been get down to Lochgelly and try it out. You won’t regret it.

Well, every week is something wrong. Either way too late for the requested time, wrong stuff etc. this week the special fish wasn't as special. Or its cost saving? However, there was only ketchup on the special fish. No salat, nothing…. Lets see what next time brings🤷‍♂️
